The Domaine de l'Aster is situated in Peret in the centre of the Hérault in the areas called Languedoc, Languedoc-Pezenas and Clairette du Languedoc. Nestling at the foot of the Malhubert volcano the family vineyard has been passed down from generation to generation for many centuries. It benefits from the influence of the range of volcanic and basaltic volcanoes of the Puy.
