I propose a vegetal and gluten free cuisine "home made" with organic ingredients and fresh products in short circuit for the most part (Hérault, Cévennes and Lozère)
My cooking is varied and greedy, regional or world cuisine: wok, curry, lasagna, tajine, burgers...but also blueberry cheesecake, chocolate fondant, ginger cookies..
Several formulas: individual, take-away with degradable organic containers or catering service (buffets, meals, birthdays, aperitifs, custom menus...) as well as cooking workshops.
