LE MOULIN DU CERESSOU
Le Moulin du Ceressou which is situated in the Herault opened its doors in 2013. The mill is a small conglomerate for local producers and individuals who want to press their own oil. Our family mill which produces home-made olive oil is much appreciated by connoisseurs. There are single olive varieties (such as Aglandau, Olivieres or Picholines) or traditional ones that are an assembling of local varieties. The whole of our olive oil production is labelled « Olive Oil Made in France » which certifies that it is extracted in a French mill from olives picked in France.
