Steve in Nébian, a local farmer and artisan, is a 3rd generation cultivator of ginger in France.
A pioneer in France since 2007, their cultivation is certified ORGANIC (exempt of all chemical treatment). The Philosophy of eating well and in a healthy way can be rediscovered through eating ginger which is available in the organic and farm shops locally and in our regions further afar, fresh or processed.
